Jammu, Sept 1: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today had a meeting with Union Home Minister P Chidrambram in New Delhi and discussed with him the security situation prevailing in Jammu and Kashmir. After meeting the Home Minister, the Chief Minister told reporters that the replacement of paramilitary forces in the valley is a ongoing process.
