| Civil defence officials visit NCC camp | | |

Jammu, Sep 2: During the ongoing pre thal sainik camp series being conducted at NCC camping ground nagrota by 3J&K Battalion NCC under the aegies of NCC Dte J&K, Anil Gupta, Dy Director General J&K organized a three day capsule for approximately 450 NCC boy and girl cadets in conjunction with civil defence organization Jammu on health and hygiene, blood donation and fire fighting.
As per a release, Ram Chand HC, CTI of civil defence organization addressed the cadets and told them how to provide first aid to patient in case of accident/ disaster and how to organize fire fighting in case of a fire break out.
Dr TR Raina conducted a lecture for the NCC cadets on blood donation. He emphasized the importance of blood in human life and the need to donate blood and motivated cadets to volunteer for blood donation, the release added.
