| De-link Kashmir from composite dialogue with Pak: ASKPC | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 3- All State Kashmir Pandit Conference (ASKPC) today asked the Central Government to review its policy towards Kashmir and delete Kashmir from the composite dialogue with Pakistan once for all Addressing joint press conference, H L Chatta, general secretary, ASKPC said that Central Government should adopt strong and effective line of approach towards Kashmir and Pakistan. He said that Centre’s policy towards Kashmir and Pakistan is undoubtedly weak and confused which is responsible for separatism and neglect and persecution of Pro-Indian forces particularly Kashmiri Pandits. Chatta said that there is dire need of effective line approach towards Pakistan and Kashmir and appealed the Government of India to delete Kashmir from composite dialogue with Pakistan and settle down internal demands and problems of Kashmir, Kashmiri Pandits and other sections of the society. Reacting over terrorism, the ASKPC leaders said that terrorism is not a problem for Pakistan but Pakistan is a big problem to nurture the terrorism. He also highlighted the demand of creating ‘Kashyap Homeland’ for Kashmiri Pandits in Kashmir valley. While highlighting other demands, the leaders demanded declaration of distress sale of KP property in Kashmir as null and void, besides passing the temples and shrine bill after consultation with ASKPC and others, complete voting right to displaced KPs, allotment of under construction quarters at Jagti Jammu to most deserving families. The KP leaders also extended fullest support to the struggle of inmates of Mishriwalla, Purkhoo and Muthi Camps for immediate implementation of employment package with seven years of age relaxation and employment relief of Rs 10 lakhs for over aged displaced youths. Among others who were present at the press conference included R K Raina, vice president, ASKPC, Kundan Kashmir, spokesperson, general secretary ASKPC Delhi Unit.
