| CEC inaugurated annual exhibition of vegetables, fruits, flowers | | |

Jammu, Sep 3: The chief executive councilor, LAHDC, Leh Cherring Dorje inaugurated the annual exhibition of vegetable fruits and flowers at Sindhu Ghat today. The exhibition was jointly organized by agriculture and horticulture department.
As per a release, the executive councilor, agriculture Stanzing Phuntsog was also present on the occasion.After inaugurating the exhibition Dorje inspected the stall of vegetable, fruit and flowers and expressed the pleasure for producing, displaying quality by the farmers. As many as 40 verity of vegetable 20 verity of fruit and 30 verity of colourful flowers displayed at exhibition.
Addressing on the occasion the CEC said at complete farmer complete its coming up at Leh for which LAHDC, has already allotted 26 Kanal of land. This complex when completed, all kind of farmers produced will get around marketing facilities. He said that a cold storage complex is also coming up at Leh which would provide a good marketing for the vegetables, the release added.
