| Inter-school competition ‘Future Ikons’ held | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 6 Ikons Educational System, a medical/ engineering coaching institute, conducted its fourth annual inter-school competition ‘Future Ikons-2010’ for the students of 10th and 12th standards, here today. More than 5000 students from nearly 100schools from across the region participated in the competition wherein 12th standard students were tested on the pattern of AIEEE and PMT’s also and matric students allowed for the first time and they solved objective type questions based on Mathematics and Science. The question papers were prepared by high level expert team to give maximum exposure to the students about the new pattern of competitive examinations. The evaluation and markings of the competition will be done by the expert team and the results of the same declared on all India level where the performance of these students would be matched with other students across the country. Also, there there will be top three honours along with 15 prizes for the winners in each category besides, School of Jammu Award for the school from where maximum students would qualify. The competition was conducted here under the supervision of Kunal Anand Kunal Anand (Chairman IKONS Educational Trust), Rashim Anand (Jt.Director. IKONS) and Anuradha Koul (CEO IKONS)
