Early Times Report Srinagar, Sep 6 Four persons were arrested today along with a large cache of a narcotic substance in Anantnag district of South Kashmir, police said. Acting on a tip-off, police intercepted an oil tanker at Bijbehara, 45 km from here, on the Srinagar-Jammu national highway.During search, two bags of Fuki, a powdery substance used as narcotics, weighing 25 kgs each, were recovered. The driver of the vehicle -- Shakeel Ahmad Itoo of Kapran-Veerinag, and Touseef Ahmad Wani of Haripora-Tral are being questioned, police said. In a separate incident, police recovered 35 kgs of Fuki at bus stand Qazigund, 80 kms from here, on Srinagar-Jammu national highway, from the possession of two persons - Idrees Ahmad Bhat and Basharat Ahmad Bhat, both residents of Anantnag. The duo has been arrested and a case registered, police said.
