| DPS appreciates HRD minister for historic decision | | |

Jammu, Sep 9: In a meeting chaired by S S Sodhi Director Delhi Public School Jammu appreciated the historic decision taken by the Government of India regarding making optional the class X CBSE examination from the session 2010-11. This will lessen the burden of the students. It was much awaited by the people who have expressed happiness and are also grateful to the honorable HRD Minister Kapil Sibal.
HRD Minister deserves all appreciation for taking such a historic decision which will go a long way for the benefit of the students of class X who may be able to pursue other career making course also in addition to their studies, Sodhi added.
The above meeting was attended by the senior faculty members, managing committee members and other senior officers who also expressed their happiness and thanked the HRD Minister for introduction of stress free education for the students.
