| Escaped militant re-arrested from Marwah area | | |
DODA SEPT-29- The Police has succeeded in arresting the militant who had earlier managed to escape from Police Station Chatroo.
A Police spokesman said Mohammed Shafi son of Shaban Jamwal resident of Yurdoo Marwah, a militant of HM outfit, who was earlier arrested by the Police from Kuriya area along with arms and ammunition on September 13 last and lodged in police Station Chatroo managed to escape from there on the same day.
The spokesman said that for this lapse one head constable Incharge guard was placed under suspension and services of one SPO were dispended with.
He said after the incident, Doda Police launched various operations to apprehend the escaped militant in Cachhan. Chatroo and Marwah. The said militant was finally arrested today from Yurdoo area of Marwah. He is being questioned and some vital clues are expected from him besides more arrests are likely at his instance, the spokesman added.
