Sher-e-Watan motivational tour flagged off

The dream came true for 28 children of border areas when army today flagged off motivational tour Sher-e-Watan.
Brigadier J S Sandhu flagged off the motivational tour of border children from Guluti to Ajmer, Jaipur, Agra and New-Delhi.
Speaking on the occasion, Brigadier Sandhi highlighted the importance of tour and said this will enable the children to see the culture diversity of the nation. He said that children would particularly see the Tal Mahal in Agra and Ajmer Sharief in Ajmer.
‘The tour was the harmonious mix of students of various religious, culture and economic background coming together and embarking on this educational rejoice’, he added
Sandhu said “The aim of the tour was to develop awareness about our nation's economic growth, development and cultural diversity among young children”. He said the tour will help will in spreading the message of peace, and brotherhood among children.
The prominent citizens of the area and senior functionaries of army were also present on the occasion.
