SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 10 – The Governor, Mr. N. N. Vohra, hosted Iftaar at Raj Bhavan, here this evening.
The Chief Minister, Mr. Omar Abdullah, Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. Tara Chand, Speaker Legislative Assembly, Mr. Mohammad Akbar Lone, Deputy Chairman, Legislative Council, Mr. Arvinder Singh, Ministers, MPs, legislators, Chief Secretary, Director General of Police, Vice Chancellors, senior Civil, Police and Security Forces officers and prominent citizens participated in the Iftaar.
The participants offered prayers, after breaking their fast by sweetened milk and dates.
