| Rabgias inaugurates 3-day exhibition on Sand Mandala | | | Early Times Report Leh, Sept 11- A 3-day exhibition on Sand Mandala drawing and butter sculpture (Kargyan) making was inaugurated by renowned by Historian and scholar Tashi Rabgias at Lonpo House near Leh Palace today. This training cum exhibition is being organized by Himalayan Culture Heritage Foundation (HCHF) in collaboration with Chemray Gonpa and SACRE. Speaking on the occasion, Tashi Rabgias stressed on the importance of preserving and promoting rich cultural heritage of Ladakh as well as other parts of Himalaya. Dr. Sonam Wangchuk, Secretary, HCHF highlighting aims and objectives of Himalayan Culture Heritage Foundation said that the organization was founded as an endeavor to promote and preserve the centuries old rich Himalayan cultural heritage.
