| Samoon takes oath as PSC Member | | | Early Times Report
Srinagar, Sep. 11: - Mr. Masaud Samoon today took oath as Member of J&K Public Service Commission.
Chairman J&K Public Service Commission Mr. S.L. Bhat administered the oath to Mr. Samoon at a function held at J&K Public Service Commission here today. Later, Mr. Samoon formally took over as Member of J&K Public Service Commission.
Samoon joined State Civil Services in the year 1977 and was promoted to IAS in 2000. He has served the state for 32 years in various capacities. He has remained Deputy Commissioner Pulwama, Director School Education, Special Secretary to Government Agriculture Production Department and was Divisional Commissioner Kashmir prior to his appointment as Member J&K Public Service Commission.
