| Lok Adalat held at Ramban | | |

JAMMU, SEP 12: Lok Adalat was held at Ramban under the chairmanship of District Legal Services Authority, Bala Joyti, Principal District and Session Judge at Court Complex, out of total 166 cases 153 cases were settled by way of cancellation and negotiation.
Two benches formed took the cases of traffic challans, accidental cases and maintenance cases wherein an amount of Rs 46,620 was realized on spot. Speakers focused on significant Lok Adalats and Awareness Camps to be organized in future also in the large interest of down trodden section of the society and deserving persons qualifying the test of Legal Aid Authority Act 1997.
