| HC issues bailable warrants against SHO P/S Trikuta Nagar | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 12- In a contempt petition, Justice Mohammed Yaqoob Mir of J&K High Court Jammu wing today issued bailable warrants to the tune of Rs 5000 for securing presence of SHO Trikuta Nagar and sent the same to SSP Jammu for execution.
Earlier, the High Court, after hearing Advocate Anil Sethi appearing for the petitioner and then Additional Advocate General PC Sharma for SHO P/S Trikuta Nagar Jammu had directed for ascertaining as to whose jurisdiction the land under dispute was falling as also getting the land in question demarcated. On September 11, 2009, High Court after hearing counsel for the petitioner observed that compliance of order is waiting. SHO P/S Trikuta Nagar Jammu was required to remain present but failed to comply with the Court directions and accordingly bailable warrants be issued for securing his presence. JNF
