| ABVP demand holding of interview for Lecturers at Jammu | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 13- Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarithi Parishad (ABVP) has reiterated its demand for conducting interviews for the Lecturers in Higher Education at both the regions of the state.
Addressing media persons here today, Suresh Ajay Magotra, State Secretary, ABVP said that Public Service Commission this time has decided to conduct interview at Srinagar only. He said that the interviews should be conducted at both the regions viz Jammu and Srinagar so that aspirants could be benefited at their respective regions.
He informed that about 1000 aspirants from Jammu including female candidates had submitted representation to PSC chairman and appealed to conduct interview in both the regions.
Magotra said that if interview is conducted in Srinagar only, the candidates from Jammu shall have to face extra burden in terms of accommodation, transport etc.
Suresh appealed to the Chairman, PSC to hold interview both at Jammu and Srinagar.
