| PDP Mahila wing delegation meets VC JDA | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 15- A delegation of residents of Qasim Nagar led by former MLA and Mahila wing president of PDP Shanti Devi today called on Vice-Chairman Jammu Development Authority and demanded regularization of the colony. .
The delegation submitted a memorandum to the Vice Chairman reminding that the authorities had promised a number of times to regularize the colony but nothing substantial has been done so far in this regard.
During meeting with the Vice Chairman, PDP leader demanded that colony of these poor people should be regularized on the pattern most of the colonies in the city have been regularized. The delegation urged Vice-Chairman to direct his officers to expedite the process of regularizing this colony besides providing basic amenities to the inhabitants of the colony.
Zone president of Mahila wing Nirmal Kour and local social activist Balwant Kour were prominent among those who met the Vice-Chairman.
