The petitioners in their petition filed through Advocate DS Chouhan submitted that the technical test of the candidates for additional qualification has only been prescribed for the candidates belonging to Jammu, Kathua, Samba Range and Udhampur Reasi Range which is discriminatory because for other districts of Jammu province no such technical test for additional qualification has been prescribed, nor any correction for that has been issued, therefore, order dated August 25, 2009 is discriminatory.
