SRINAGAR, SEPT 15: According to a circular issued by General Administration Department the holiday on account of “Shab-i-Qadr” shall be observed on the 18th of September, 2009 instead of the 17th of September, 2009 as earlier notified. Consequently, Thursday, the 17th September, 2009 shall be a working day.
