Only two cases registered against Shabir Shah in Jammu Division

Jammu, Sept 16- Only two cases are registered against Shabir Shah in Jammu division. Additional Advocate General Jagdish Parihar told the High Court here today.
Earlier, the High Court, on a petition filed through Dr. Bilquies Shah, wife of Shabir Shah, on September 9, 2009, had directed the government to indicate how many cases were registered against Shabir Shah in Jammu division.
In a report to the High Court, the Additional Advocate General submitted that only one case FIR No 190/1998 u/s 341/336 RPC was registered in P/s City and its charge-sheet already stands produced in the Court of Judicial Magistrate Jammu.
Regarding FIR 2/2009 registered with P/s JIC Jammu ULA, 120-B, 121 RPC, Justice Mohammed Yaqoob Mir of J&K High Court Jammu Wing, after hearing both sides, directed Additional Advocate General to response regarding quashment of FIR N0 2/2009 P/s JIC Jammu and submit it before the week commencing from September 29, 2009.
