| NSS unit of Commerce College organizes interactive lecture | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, September 17-An interactive lecture was organized in Govt. S.P.M.R. College of Commerce, Jammu by the NSS Unit of the college.
Dr Pragya Khanna, an eminent environmentalist was the Resource person on the occasion. She talked at length about human hunger, water pollution and environment. She highlighted the amount of environmental contamination going on throughout the world specifically Jammu region and its harmful effects.
The programme concluded with the Principal of the College Prof. (Dr) Hemla Aggarwal exhorted the students to aware themselves about environmental hazards and avoid the use of harmful pesticides and chemicals. The lecture was followed by a question answer session at the end.
