| GGM Science College organize seminar on ‘Swine Flu’ | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sep 17: N.S.S units of GGM Science College of morning and evening shifts organized two day workshop on the topic ‘swine flu’. On the Ist day symposium and sketch-making competitions were held were Ist, 2nd and 3rd positions in symposium were bagged by Poonam, Malvika and Anjum respectively. In sketch-making competitions Ist, 2nd and 3rd positions were bagged by Navjoot, Puneet and Sonika. On the concluding day guest lecturer was delivered by Dr. T.R. Raina of government medical college of Jammu. Principal of the college Dr. Sham Lal Gupta in his address appreciated the role of N.S.S volunteers for organizing such informative programmes in the college. The welcome address was given by Dr. R.S. Pathania (N.S.S. Programme officer). The program was attended by Prof. V.K. Chandan, Dr. R.K. Sharma (N.S.S Programme Officers). The program was compeered by Rohit Wali and Ashutosh Sharma. Other volunteers who were present on the occasion were Vikrant, Rohit, Rahul, Tarandeep, Mohd. Arif, Ajay, Ankush, Shivani, Vijay Lakshmi and Sandeep.
