HC issues notice to respondents; stays suspension of ration depot

EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Sept 17- In a petition filed by Ghulam Din Ration Dealer of Dharath, Doda challenging the suspension of his ration depot at the recommendation of concerned MLA; Justice Sunil Hali of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Adv MA Bhat issued notice to the respondents including MLA and order impugned qua the petitioner shall remain stayed till next date of hearing.
After hearing both the sides, Justice Hali directed the respondents to proceed with enquiry and complete the same within a period of one month and the petitioner shall also be allowed to participate in the said enquiry. However, this order is subject to the objections from other side, the Court ordered.
The petitioner alleged that on the recommendations of the MLA the license of the petitioner was placed under suspension without indicating the ground of suspension and aggrieved by the order the petitioner filed a petition in the HC which was decided today. JNF
