| Indo-Swiss Restaurant makes special arrangements on Navratras | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 18: Keeping in view the forthcoming Navratras and in deference to the Jammuites’ religious sentiments, Indo- Swiss Restaurant and Resorts has made special arrangements at its restaurant at Rail Head complex, Panama Chowk. This was disclosed here today by Deepak Aggarwal, its Managing Director while addressing media persons. Deepak Aggarwal said that during the 9-day festival of Navratras, the restaurant will be providing only dishes which are consumed during fasts by the devotees and each day these dishes will have different taste, colour and presentation. To ensure purity and sanctity of the preparations to be fit for consumption during the festivity, brand new oven and other kitchen wares have been installed and use of onions, garlic etc. has been stopped forthwith till the Navratras are over. Deepak Aggarwal further added that the prices of the dishes have been kept low in deference to the religious context thus making them affordable for a common person. He said the restaurant is having the services of Bombay-returned Chef from Taj Palace, who is an expert in preparations of all varieties of Indian dishes. The Managing director, while inviting the people of Jammu to pay visit and enjoy the special preparations during Navratras, said that he has made all efforts to ensure that a person who enters the restaurant leaves it with sweet and unforgettable taste of preparations. S. Paramveer Singh, Chairman of the Indo Swiss Restaurant & Resorts, Gagandeep Singh, its Manager and Chef D. P. Singh Dogra were also present in the press conference.
