| MK’s ‘Perceptions’, 2nd in English releases | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, SEP 20: In his career of 42 years in writing, Maharaj Krishen’s (MK’s) 2nd book in English was released on Sunday at Cultural Academy in an impressive literary function. MK is one the eminent writer who has contributed to literary corrum with 6 books in Urdu, one in Hindi and two in English. It is pertinent to mention that in year 2004 ‘Reflections’ his first book was released which earned accolades across the literary society. On the occasion Chief Guest was senior journalist Balraj Puri, Ved Bhasin and Prof Zahoor-ud-Din. Whereas, Guest of Honor were Secretary Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages Savita Bakshi and Anand Lehar Anand prominent poet and advocate. Programme was conducted by Sham Talib, President Adbi Kunj and Pardeep Kaul tactfully supported to make the programme conduction covenant. Veteran literates who read paper and evaluated include Prof. A. N Dhar, Prof. K B Razdan, Prof. H L Misri, Prof B. L Fotedar, and others. Others who commented on the book were Payra Lal Aash and P. N Trisal. Many eminent scholars, writers and poets including Mohan Lal Aash, O. N Raina, baljit Raina, S. N Veer, S. N Kaul, Tej Sagar, Hugami, Dr. K. L Chowdary and Dr. Raj Kumar. Function concluded with the presentation of vote of thanks jointly by Chaman Kaul and J. L Kaul.
