| Industrialist, others join NC | | | Early Times Report Jammu Sept 20- Doors of National Conference are always open for all those who believe in programs and polices of the party and have faith in its leadership, said Rattan Lal Gupta, Provincial President J&K National Conference. He was speaking at a function held at the party headquarters here today to welcome joining of Puneet Chopra, a leading industrialist and businessman from Jammu, into the National Conference along with his supporters. He said National Conference is the only premier political party in the state which is committed for the equitable development of all the three regions of the state and the present state government under the young dynamic leadership of Omar Abdullah will lead the state towards an era of all round development. He said the need of the hour is to strengthen the hands of Omar Abdullah the young Chief Minister of our state, who is dedicatedly working for peace, progress and development of the state in all spheres. He called upon the party workers to take the program and polices of the party and the government at every door step and work unitedly with a sole aim of a prosper Jammu & Kashmir under the stewardship of Omar Abdullah. Vijay Lakshmi Dutta, Provincial President Women Wing also welcomed the joining of the Puneet Chopra. She said that it is high time that youth should come forward and join together with their youth icon Omar Abdullah, who is committed to take the state towards an era of unprecedented development. Puneet Chopra while joining the party said he is fully convinced with the programs and policies of the party and have faith in its leadership. He said it is all because of these programs and policies that he was inclined him to join this premier political party. Prominent among others who joined the party along with Puneet Chopra included Pranay Pratap Singh, Varun Jain, Sourab Abrol, Vicky Kapoor and several others.
