| Tiger Brigade organizes ex- servicemen rally at Surinsar | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 22- Tiger Brigade organized an integrated rally of ex-servicemen at Surinsar .The rally aimed at building greater cohesion, providing opportunities to ameliorate grievance of retired personnel and synergizing potential of ESM to combat terrorism. GOC Tiger Division was the chief guest for the occasion.
Various stalls and kiosks including Zila Sainik Board Jammu, Army Recruitment Organization (ARO) Jammu, CSD Medical Camp, Military Farm, Agriculture University, Veterinary hospital and animal husbandry etc were also established at the venue, reflecting the thoughtful and noble gesture of Armed Forces. Various military and civil dignitaries including retired military officers and officers of the civil administration graced the occasion.
About 600 ex-servicemen attended the rally. The rally was a grand success in terms of humanitarian assistance by Army to the locals and set a great example of ‘Awam and Jawan’ working together for peace and prosperity of the area.
