Jammu, Sept 23: Rotary club Jammu city today donated desks to Naveen Shiksha Kendra, a high school for street children run by NGO “Sawera” a rotary community corps. Dr Gurmeet Singh president of SAVERA, NGO, highlighted the activities of the organization on the occasion.
The president Rtn RB Khajuria apprise the gathering about activities of “Rotary International” especially its contribution to the national pulse polio campaign I.P.P Rtn Adeep Mehta introduced rotractors from “Chennai”, who had come to the city on the way to visit Vaishno Devi, and highlighted the concept of R.C.C.
President Khajuria, asst governor Vikas Mahajan, Adeep Mehta, Robin Mehta, Gurdev Singh, handed over the desks to the president Savera Dr Singh.
