Jammu, Sep 25 : A man was arrested for allegedly raping his 14- year-old daughter in remote village of Tehsil Akhnoor, some 35 kilometres from here, police said.
A woman, this morning lodged a complaint at Chowki Choura Police Station alleging that her husband committed rape with their daughter.
''Acting on a complaint lodged by the woman, a police party conducted a raid and arrested the accused, identified as Deewan Chand, resident of village Kaneri, Chowki Choura in Akhnoor,'' Mohan Lal, Superintendent of Police (SP) Rural told .He said a case under section 376 of RPC has been registered against the accused
