| Diploma Engineers demand removal of pay anomaly | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 25- J&K Diploma Engineers Association today termed the existing pay scale of Junior Engineers as a cruel joke and demanded removal of this grave anomaly.
Addressing media persons here today, R S Jasrotia, president of the association said that prior to the implementation of central pay commission the grade of junior engineers has been down graded. He demanded that the Junior Engineers should be put in the grade of Rs. 6700-10700 against Rs. 4500-7000.
Jasrotia appealed the Chief Minister and Finance Minister to personally intervene so that this grave injustice with the cadre is addressed to at the earliest.
