| Bhandari gets Best Citizen of India award- 2009 | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar Sept 25-- Prominent politician and social worker from Kishtwar District, Thakur Jughal Bhandari has been awarded the Best Citizen of India award by the International Publishing House. This award has been conferred on him in recognition to his selfless service for the mankind and other notable social work. The world’s most leading biographical specialists for the year 2009. Bhandari is currently the state secretary of Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee. He got himself associated with the social work and worked for the protection of human rights under eminent journalist and writer Balraj Puri and also worked as an Executive member of Akhil Bharti Rachnatmak Samaj, headed by Late Nirmala Desh Phanday. He is also associated with Yateem Foundation Trust. Earlier Bhandari was also awarded Rashtriya Goraw Puraskar award in New Delhi in May this year. Minister for Roads and Building G M Saroori and hundreds of his well wishers have congratulated Bhandari on being awarded with Best Citizen of India award 2009.
