| Deputation of ACOT federation call on Commissioner IT appeals | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 25: A delegation of the Association Chamber of Traders Federation led by its President Yash Paul Gupta called on Commissioner Income Tax G.R. Sofi and Congratulated him on his taking over a Commissioner Income Tax (Appeals) of J&K State, Gupta on the occasion said it was privileged to approach the central board of Direct Taxes (CBTD) from time to time to provide a full fledged office in the state so that the difficulties that were being faced by the traders, In getting their cases settled, without delay could be ensured. Commissioner was apprised about the need for speeding up of the cases minimizing delays in their settlement so far in absence of a full fladged office. The Commissioner was pleased to assure the delegation about speeding up the settlement of cases for which he would be extending all the facilities of interaction between the parties, as and when found necessary. Federation traders of the region assured their full co-operation to the commissioner in achieving the desired goal. The delegation comprising of Dinesh Gupta, Neeraj Anand, Sr. Attar Singh, Kailash Nagar, Dinesh Kumar Gupta, Om Paraksh Mahajan, Ajay Gupta, Kewal Krishan Gupta, Ashok Gupta, Shiv Partap Gupta, Raghbir Gupta, Yash Paul and Surinder Gupta.
