| RR provides furniture, teaching material to Kulhand School | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 28- Fulfilling the long outstanding demand of local populace, the Commanding Officer of Rashtriya Rifles unit today provided furniture and other teaching material to Government Lower High School, Kulhand, Doda. The non availability of adequate furniture and teaching aids was causing administrative inconvenience for the smooth conduct of classes and other activities. The Army met this demand by providing the school with requisite furniture and accessories to assist them in their daily functioning.
The Commanding Officer has requested the Education Department, teachers and students of the school to utilize these items for improving the teaching standards and achieving a high degree of excellence in future.
On this occasion prominent citizens of the area, besides the school staff and students were present who highly appreciated this noble gesture of the Army.
