Kathua, Sep 29: Protest was staged against Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Kathua by the applicants, who submitted application for 4th class appointment in Kathua. Last date of submitting expires tomorrow. The applicants blamed the medical department is not issuing the receipt against the application forms received by the department. Allegations are that departmental people were involved in minting money against issuing a receipt.
