This afternoon panic grip near Regional Research Laboratory (RRL) Canal Road when some passer byers saw a bag on the road.
As per reports some people spotted a bag near RRL ad immediately informed the police. The police under Dy. SP Bakshi Nagr Stanzin Narboo along with bomb disposal squad rushed to the spot and stopped the moment of traffic. While opening the bag police found some clothes inside.
