| PK opposes concessions to J&K | | | Early Times Report Jammu , Sept 29 Opposing grant of constitutional concessions to Jammu and Kashmir, a body representing Kashmiri pandits today said any such step will further the agenda of separatists. Chairman of Panun Kashmir Ajay Chrangoo said that the government should not hold talks with separatists at the time when infiltration and militancy is up in the region. "If the government discusses issues like self rule, autonomy or any other proposal, it would be very disturbing for the entire country and would strengthen the separatism in the state,"he said. If any constitutional concessions were given to separatist in Jammu and Kashmir, it will further the agenda of separatists and terrorists and push the state towards secession, he added. He warned that the government should not further weaken the constitutional integration of Jammu and Kashmir with India. He said that it was not the right time for the displaced Kashmiris to return to the Valley. " When infiltration has increased and militancy has resurfaced in the Kashmir valley, government&aposs move will pose danger to displaced community, who will become hostages to the separatists,"he said. Demanding early implementation of the employment package, he said it should be delinked with return of Kashmiris. "The employment package should be delinked from return policy. The employment package has only economic angle to it, while return of Kashmiris has to address political, economical and security aspects of the community,"he said.
