Srinagar, Oct 1: The Cabinet which met here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister, Mr. Omar Abdullah approved top level transfers and postings in Finance Department and the Roads and Buildings Deparment.
Wali Mohammad Bhat, Director General, Audit and Inspections has been transferred and posted as Director General, Accounts and Treasuries.
I. Khandey, Director, Accounts and Treasuries has been transferred and posted as Director, Audit and Inspections.
Urmil Sharma, Director, J&K Funds Organization has been transferred and posted as Director Finance, Social Welfare Department.
Pushpa Devi, Director Finance, J&K Health Society NHRM has been transferred and posted as Director Finance, Tourism Development Corporation.
Ghulam Nabi Bhat, Joint Director, Accounts and Treasuries, Kashmir has been transferred and posted as Director, Funds Organization.
Mohammad Isaq Wani, Director Finance, SKIMS has been transferred and posted as Director, Codes, J&K.
The Cabinet also approved transfers of following Chief Engineers in R&B Department:
Mir Mohammad Shafi, Chief Engineer, R&B, Kashmir has been transferred and posted as Joint Development Commissioner, Works relieving Mr. Nazir Ahmad Shah, OSD of the additional charge.
Nazir Ahmad, Chief Engineer, R&B Jammu has been transferred and posted as Chief Engineer, Kashmir.
Depti Lal Sharma awaiting orders for posting has been posted as Chief Engineer, R&B, Jammu.
