Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 3: J&K Academy of art, culture and languages represented the state of Jammu and Kashmir in the International Dussehra festival at Kullu in Himachal Pradesh. The artists of the state memmerised the audience by given marvelous performance one each in Dogri and Kashmiri Bumro.
PWD Minister, Gulab Singh Thakur who was the chief guest on the occasion highly appreciated the performance of the artists of J&K cultural academy.
Besides divisional commissioner of HP State, Sita Ram Thakur, district language officer, Department of Culture, HP, local audience, the artists community and the audience from different parts of India and abroad also applauded the performance.
Earlier, Sanjeev Gupta, senior staff artists, who was ably assisted by Jai Kumar Sharma, senior assistant, J&K cultural academy, Jammu, gave brief introduction of the folk dance of Jammu And Kashmir State in a very impressive manner.
