| Saturday lecture series commenced at Commerce College | | | Early Times Report
Jammu , Oct 3: Saturday lecture series was launched at Govt. SPMR College of Commerce. The inaugural lecture in the series was presented by Prof. Ashok Aima, Dean Manaement Studies on Leadership qualities followed by this Saturday workshop on soft skills by Assistant Prof. Neelika Arora faculty from the Business School Jammu University.
In another activity in order to spread awareness amongst the students regarding Swine Flue, a Poster Making competition was organized by the NSS Unit of the college. Seventeen NSS volunteers exhibited their talent in a colourful display of posters. The Principal Dr. Hemla Aggrawal lauded the efforts of the participants and emphasized on the dire need of such programmes in order to spread the message among the youth of today. The programme was conducted under the guidance of NSS programme officers Prof. K.S Koushal and Prof Banpreet Kour. Later prizes were also distributed amongst the participations.
