SHO Bijbehara among two injured by the and a cop injured when some locals pelted stones on police party which went to the Kanalwan village to destroy the cultivation of cannabis plant.
Police reports said that the Bijbehara Police along with Excise Team destroyed Bhung cultivation spread over 150 kanals of land in villages Dupatyar and Kanalwan. But at Kanalwan some people pelted stones on Police and Excise team, resulting in injuries to SHO Bijbehara and SgCt No. 525/A.
A Case FIR No. 234/09 under section 147, 148, 336, 332 RPC and 8/20 NDPS has been registered
