Jammu, Oct 6: The all J&K public sector employees and workers federation have extend full support to the cause of J&K SRTC employees demands.
In a meeting of workers of the federation chaired by Jagmohan Sadhotra discussed in details the silence adopted by the state government with regard to SRTC employees. He said government has not bothered to listen the genuine demands of striking employees who have not been their due salaries for the last five months resulting starvation and discontinuance of studies of their children. Federation in the meeting appealed to chief minister Umar Abdullah, transport minister, Qamal Ali Akhoon and minister of state for transport Shabir Ahmad Khan to listen genuine grievances of striking employees so they lead the normal life and contribute to the state’s development.
The other who participated in the meeting were Naar Singh, Purshotam Singh, Baldev Raj, Abdul Manan Bhat, Joginder Pal, Surjit Singh, Abdul Qayoom Bhat, Majora Singh, Rakesh Rampaul etc.
