| 1 dies, 9 injured in road mishaps in Jammu | | |

One person died and nine others were injured in different road accidents in Jammu, police reports said.
According to police reports a Truck hit one person namely Raj Kumar son of Late Krishan Lal resident of Mali Panchari Udhampur at Toll Post Nagrota, falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Nagrota, resulting in his on spot death. The truck fled away from the spot. Yet in another road mishap a Truck driven by Bashir Ahmad son of Mohammad Ismail resident of Soura Srinagar on way from Jammu to Srinagar collided with Truck bearing registration number JK08A-2075 near Dak Bungalow Batote, resulting in injuries to driver of Truck bearing registration number JK08A-2075 namely Darshan Paul. The injured was hospitalized.
Eight other persons were admitted in GMC Jammu after they were injured in different road accidents in Jammu.
