The memorandum said that OIC has submitted to the UN that it shall fight against terrorism but it is supporting terrorism in J&K thus interfering in the internal affairs of India by appointing an envoy for J&K, where OIC has no locus standi to intervene in Indian affairs. The memorandum also stated that the OIC (Organization of Islamic Country) has violated the norms and objectives by supporting terrorism in Kashmir which is sponsored by ISI of Pakistan to sabotage Indian state despite having pledged before UN United Nation that it shall not interfere in internal matters of any member state. ‘By appointing an envoy of Jammu and Kashmir which is the integral part of India, the OIC has committed a war crime. Jammu and Kashmir is neither Islamic country nor separate state, it underlined adding that it is as good as part of India as New York is a part of USA, London is a part of UK. As the OIC has violated its pledge thus it is requested to UN that OIC should expel from the UNO list
