| Seven District and Sessions Judge transferred | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 07- The Jammu and Kashmir High Court today issued transfer and positing of seven District and Sessions Judges.
According to the order issued by Registrar General of J&K High Court MK Hanjura, Principal District and Sessions Judge Jammu Sodagar Singh Sarangal has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Rajouri vice Mr. Subash Chander Gupta.
Bansi Lal Bhat, Special Judge Anticorruption, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as District and Sessions Judge Jammu vice SS Sarangal
Janak Raj Kotwal Principal District and Sessions Judge Udhampur has been transferred and posted as Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu vice BL Bhat. Hari Om Singh, Additional District Judge (Bank cases), Jammu, and Rajesh Sekri Additional District and Sessions Judge Anantnag shall swap their places of postings.
Abdul Rashid Bhat-II District and Sessions Judge has transferred and posted as 3rdAdditional District and Sessions Judge Srinagar against an available vacancy and recalled the order of his transfer to Kargil.
Ashok Kumar Sharma District and Sessions Judge has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Udhampur vice JR Kotwal and recalled his order of transfer to Leh.
Subash Chander Gupta, Principal Districtand& Sessions Rajouri has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Leh with the direction that he shall look after administrative/ judicial work of the court of Principal District and Sessions Judge Kargil for a period of one week in each month.
