Jammu, Oct 7: The executive body of Pradesh Congress Committee of OBC cell has hailed the decision of the coalition government in forming a separate advisory board for OBC in the state.
State president of OBC cell Vaishno Dutt Dogra, while addressing the members in a meeting said, with the formation of separate board, weaker sections of the society will be benefited along with other communities falling under backward classes. He said with this all pending demands will be settled. He also increase the quota of OBC from 2% to 10% so that OBC youth get employment opportunities/
Other present in the meeting were Madan Lal, Rani Devi, Devinder Singh, Suresh Dogra, Madam Babli, Kuldeep Raj, Dinesh Verma, Raj Kumar Chalotra, Raju Basotra, Mangat Ram and Ashwani Kumar.
