| JMC demolish unauthorise construction | | |

Jammu, Oct 7: The enforcement wing of the Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) in response to the complaint recelved regarding unauthorized construction at Eid-Gah road and encroachment of public lane at Trikuta Nagar responded promptly and demolished the unauthorized structures at both these places. The Chief Revenue Officer, S. Charandeep Singh alongwith Chief Enforcement officer and other functionaries got the unauthorized constructions removed on the spot.
JMC has launched vigorous campaign against the encroachments of the pavements, lanes and parts of roads and once again appeals the general public to refrain from making encroachments and unauthorized construction to avoid penalities and harsh measures. The general public is also appealed to use the helpline no. 2571308 to register the complaints against the unauthorized constructions and other problems related to the corporation.
