| LJSP hold meet, discuss problems being faced by public | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 7: Sanjeev Manmotra, working president of Lok Jan Shakti Party (LJSP)while addressing party workers said the recent transfer of PHE department employees has created a great menace as the new employees are not acquainted with the topography of the area. He said the transfers has only benefited the favorities without carrying for the general public who suffer a lot. He said that the education department is managed by the honest and capable administrators but their powers are curtailed due to unnecessary interference from higher Ups, the reforms intended by them are not given practical shape. The favorities are got transferred to the desired places without any norms but the general and uninfluenced officials are deprived from their genuine rights most of the transfers are avoided in the plea and mid session. Manmetra also demanded proper monitoring of all ZEO office’s in rural areas where school buildings are incomplete and students are suffering badly without school buildings beside no mid-day meal is provided to some primary and middle schools in the rural areas. He said buildings of boys middle school and girls middle school of Joura Kalan Tehsil Thatri district Doda are incomplete. The work of these buildings were started in 2004 but till date these buildings are incomplete.
