| SSH demands CBI probe into custodial killing | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 9- Alleging extreme human right violation by the police in recent killing of youth in police lockup in Srinagar, Shiv Sena Hindustan (SSH) has demanded CBI enquiry in the whole episode. Addressing media persons here today, Dimpy Kohli, state president and Rakesh Kak, press secretary of SSH said that police is meant for maintaining law and order and protecting of citizens whereas it does the opposite of it. They strongly condemned the brutal killing of innocent Rajneesh in police lockup in Srinagar and alleged that killing was a well planned conspiracy hatched in connivance with the relatives of the girl who solemnized a legal marriage with Rajneesh. They urged the Chief Minister that this is the time to show the secular character by initiating the CBI probe in the matter and doing justice with the deceased and his family members. The SSH also demanded compensation as well as arrest and legal action against the culprits behind this heinous crime. Rajan Gupta, Vikas Dewan, Shiv Kumar Sharma and R K Choudhary were also present on the occasion.
