| STF misuse houses roughly occupied on rent | | |

Jammu, Oct 10: The general secretary J&K Milchar Front Kuldeep Kumar Rao has appealed to chief minister Omar Abdullah to intervene personally as the setting up of STF posts in district Doda has proved a headache for the people. As per press release he said people have provided independent houses far the purpose on rent but for last six years no rent has been cleared in favour of land lords. Moreover the STF staff has misused the property roughly and have laid hands upon production also like vegetable, fruits and even maize corn ruthlessly. Even though the regular rent charges are reported to have been cleared by the police head quarter Jammu yet the incumbents have not been given the same. This is grave injustice with the poor people and needs a through investigation by the higher officers so that justice prevails and people are not deprived from their due.
Rao also demanded to increase the pay dues of SPO’s and VDC members in the light of 6th pay commission.
