| Lecture on communication skills held at SPMR College | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, OCTOBER 10 -Department of Business Administration, Government SPMR College of Commerce, Jammu organized a lecture on soft skill for the students of BBA.
The focus of the lecture was communication skills and ways to improve communication skills. Assistant Prof Dr Neelika Arora, the resource person of the lecture informed the students that fear of rejection and fear of criticism stand in way of effective communication and the need of the hour is to remove the fear from their mind and this will also improve their communication skills and personality. She further emphasized that in order to have positive personality one should know one self and what others think about him.
Earlier, Principal of the College, Dr Hemla Aggarwal, welcomed the resource person and hope that such interactions will go long way in improving the personality of participating students.
Prof Suresh Sadotra, senior most faculty member of Department of Business Administration presented vote of thanks.
The lecture among others was also attended by Prof Rohit Bhagat and Prof Jyoti Sharma .
