| JK Bank holds customer meet | | | Early Times Report

J&K Bank organized a customer meet at its Gole Market, Karan Nagar branch here on Thursday October 8.
Official spokesperson stated that the said meeting was presided over by Fazl-e-Mehboob Gani, Zonal Head, Kashmir Central, the meeting apart from scores of customers was attended by Mohammed Abdullah Chaloo, Cluster Head and Manzoor A. Suherwardi, branch head, Gole Market. Expressing their views and suggestions, customers urged the Bank to increase cash withdrawal limit through ATMs to Rs.50000/-.
Majority of the customers expressed their satisfaction over the product offerings and services of the Bank but some stressed on the need to address shortage of staff at branches making banking system more comfortable and professional.
Zonal Head M F Gani in his address while pledging maximum possible cooperation to the customers assured them of taking up their genuine demands with the competent authority.
Stating that the Bank was committed to provide empowering financial solutions and quality services to its customers, Gani said, “The guiding philosophy of our products and services is our commitment to empower the people of J&K.
